Vail Place Executive Director Vicky Couillard Attends Historic Mental Health Bill Signing 01 Oct, 2015 vailplace 0 Comments On Tuesday, September 29th Vail Place Executive Director Vicky Couillard was invited by the Minnesota Governor’s office to join a ceremonial bill signing at the State Capitol. The purpose of the event was to recognize mental health investments in the 2015 HHS bill. Vicky was honored to represent Vail Place at this historic event. The bill will invest $46 million in the 2015 session to bolster Minnesota’s mental health system. Particularly close to Vail Place’s mission and work is the provision of additional resources for community-based services.
