FAQs.

VAIL PLACE CLUBHOUSE MEMBERSHIP

Potential members must be over age 18 and been diagnosed with a serious mental illness. They must live within our Service Area (See our Map) and be able to attend a Vail Place Clubhouse independently. Any type of insurance (or none) with or without waivers is accepted. See our Clubhouse Community Support Program for more information.

There is no cost to being a Clubhouse member. Vail Place does not bill insurance or members for this service. There may be small costs for food or outside social activities.

Email or call our Clubhouse Intake Coordinators. They will first conduct an intake screening by phone, then schedule an in-person meeting with you. You do not need a referral from a mental health provider to begin the the membership process. See our Clubhouse Community Support Program for more information.

The Clubhouses are funded through a Hennepin County contract funded by the DHS CSP Grant and Vail Place fundraising events.

Review our Clubhouse CSP Enrollment Packet for detailed information on membership, including The International Clubhouse Standards.
